Rex Hotel & Apartment

I'll start with the positives, there's only one - the girl at the reception was very polite, that's all. It was very noisy all the time, I heard someone washing, yelling, talking, as if it was 10 centimeters away from me. The room was very old and dirty: the bed linen had some crumbs and traces of life from previous guests, dust and dirt everywhere, stains on the walls. The towel was torn, the floor was worn out, and the balcony was terrible. It all looked like a homeless person's home. The toilet was just like from a garbage dump, the refrigerator was moldy and stank terribly. As it turned out later, there were a lot of ants in the room, they were crawling on my food half an hour after checking in, when I decided to put the food in the refrigerator, it turned out that it didn't work, and a whole colony of ants lived there. There were some insect pupae hanging on the ceiling, and a small insect ran away from under my pillow when I picked it up, I just pray it wasn't a bedbug. When I arrived, they gave me the keys to the room, but when I got there, it turned out that someone was already living in that room, I had to go downstairs, after which the girl gave me the keys to another room, which was not the one I booked - very small, I had to go down again. After sorting things out, which again took some time, I was finally placed in the room I booked. Overall, a terrible experience, please, do not stay there under any circumstances.

I booked a hotel in advance. When I arrived and checked in, I found that the balcony room was not the one I booked. That was when I explained that there was something wrong with the balcony room I booked. I also arranged for a balcony room in another hotel. The result was that the environment and space were simply incomparable. I originally booked a large room with double bed and twin beds. The balcony is arranged as a small balcony. There is almost no room to move around outside the two single beds in the room? I wonder why we didn't inform us in advance that there was a problem with the reservation, otherwise we could have made other preparations. I really can't let it go, which seriously affects the quality of the trip and my mood!

The room is quite big. I stayed in a family room. The view outside is pretty good. The downside is that the air conditioner is a bit old and the cooling is a bit slow. Another point is that the bedding needs to be cleaned.

I stayed for 0.5 nights on the last day. It is located in an alley and is an old building, but it is a good location because it is a short walk to the downtown area. It is good for a short rest at a low price.

The service was very good. The lady at the front desk was always responsive and helped us book the FUTA bus. The room was a bit far from the beach, but very close to the Nha Trang Cathedral Supermarket. The only drawback was the lack of hot water.

The environment is good, the location is good, and the price is high
