The location is a bit remote. Only after I moved in did I realize that this area is a bit messy. Other conditions are fine!

The hotel staff was very kind and explained.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.
Personally, the high points were the all-you-can-drink coffee and juice for 24 hours + the smoking area in the parking space right next to the building.
Enjoy an American breakfast!
If there is one point to be concerned about, the hotel itself is wonderful, but it is in an area where security is a bit of a concern due to its location.
Basically, there seemed to be no problem, but one night there were a lot of junkies, vagrant people, and people making noise on the street.
